While you have an ongoing contract with us, MBJ owns the IP of your website. However, all designs made for your website are 100% unique and will not be used or copied for any other project. If you decide to buy yourself out of the contract, in which case we will not be hosting or maintaining the product any longer, you will be transferred full ownership of the website and all IP associated with your site.
